Hi there, when towing a heavy trailer, how clever is the electric brake contoller? I would like to have maximise regen braking at the same time as safely stop the trailer. Can the regen braking be smart enough to interact with trailer brake controller and the trailer Yaw stability controller?
I would like to maximise range when towing, and regen brakes on trailers aren’t available yet.

Regen braking is a valuable asset to the pickup. Could it also be used to assist the downhill braking of a motor home towing the R1T. If it could be remotely activated for downhill use and deactivated for regular towing to lower towing resistance. What an asset to be able to use gravity to charge your R1T and not have to pay extra for charging during normal towing.
