Obviously Tesla led the way with this, will it follow suite and what is the best locations to put these charging stations? With the R1T having up to a 400 mile range, is it necessary for Rivian to install as many charging stations as Tesla? Will they fill this dead zone! lolololol
Can't everyone play nice and share technology. I would like to see universal charging stations in my lifetime please.
I highly doubt that Tesla would permit this. This a a benefit to Tesla owners. Imagine how upset Tesla owners would be if they could not get a charging spot because Other brands of EV’s were charging.
Would be nice if they could utilize the Tesla charging stations, even if it is fee based.
Rivian will be using CCS. By the time it comes out, the Electrify America rollout will be in full swing across the country. There are already two 6-7 charger stations opening up near me right now.
What is that a map of? If it’s the supercharger network, it must be from 3-4 years ago, or possibly more. Using a quick search on Plugshare shows multiple charging outlets within your circle, so I’m not sure what this is.
