With Jeff Bezos investment in both Rivian and Plug Power (fuel cells), and taking into account Fords investment in Rivian, it makes sense to me that Rivian should rebadge a Ford step van a Rivian model and offer it as a fuel cell vehicle to Amazon to start with. Ford dealers could bring the distribution and service support to the table. Everyone wins!

Bezo is purchasing 100,000 vans for prime deliveries. I'm sure that is going to give Rivian quit a boost in production abilities.
Electric panel vans for city deliveries is such a no-brainer. Place some solar panels on the large flat roof and extend the range for suburban deliveries also.
