It will be interesting to see the pricing in Europe/UK. The R1T looks larger than the Ford Ranger (typically the size of trucks in Europe). Will Rivian make a smaller European version at a more competitive price or will it still be the R1T with a significantly premium price to existing top end European trucks?
Highly unlikely, if it happens at that price point it will be 2 years after more expensive models just like it happened with a Tesla Model 3. First 30 Model 3s were delivered in July 2017, and some speculate that late summer this year we might get that 35K model 3. So good bet would be for Rivian end of the year 2022 for 69K R1T.
